Venue:
For Sat nav users, the venue postcode is GL10 3DP. Please keep to the designated camping areas, paying attention to the reserved areas for disabled, officials etc.All road ways must be kept clear at all times and access to the medical and security areas must not be blocked.
Opening Times:
The venue will be opened at 12pm on Thursday 31st July and will close at 12pm on Monday 4th August. No one will be admitted to the race field prior to this with the exception of officials, sponsors and trade stands.The entrance gate will close between 1am and 6am each day. Vehicles wishing to enter during this time will be held in a compound until the gate reopens.
Scrutineering:
Friday 1st August from 3pm onwards (Officials from 2.30pm)Saturday 2nd August from 7am till 8am (to enable a prompt start at 9am)
All finalists are required to present their cars for post race scrutineering directly after their final finishes. A designated area will be clearly marked for this purpose.

Gate Fees:
NASA have set the following gate fees for 2008Saturday 2nd August ~ Adults £10, 12-15 years and OAP’s £5, Under 12s Free
Sunday 3rd August ~ Adults £10, 12-15 years and OAP’s £5, Under 12s Free
All campers/caravans will be subject to random searches, any found to be concealing people will be given the option to pay double for all passengers, or go home! Anyone claiming concessionary fees that they are not entitled to will also be charged double.
(Any revenue gained from charging double will be donated to the Meningitis Trust)
Racing Format:
Every class will race 3 heats, with the top 8 points scorers qualifying for the final.The winner of each final will then qualify for the Champion of Champions race
The top 4 finishes of each final will be required for a trophy presentation which will take place after all the finals have been completed, but before the Champion of Champions race (time and weather permitting)
Charities:
This years nominated charities are the Harriers Gym Club, who will be running the shop and the Meningitis Trust who will be holding a raffle over the weekend.Please support them where you can.
Entertainment:
There will be a funfair which will open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, until midnight. There will also be a beer tent on site, open Friday, Saturday and Sunday also till midnight. There will be a disco on Saturday evening and a disco and live entertainment on Sunday evening.Security/Safety:
Medics and security will be on site 24 hours a day from Thursday afternoon till Monday afternoon. Both will have base units, which will be clearly marked on the map included in the program.Drink driving will not be tolerated in any circumstance. Anyone thought to be driving whilst over the limit will be ejected from the venue and reported to the police.
No uninsured vehicles (including Quad bikes & Gopeds etc) are permitted, also no uninsured or unlicensed drivers e.g. Juniors are permitted to operate vehicles on the venue.
Open fires are not permitted under any circumstances
No scaffolding or scaffold towers are permitted on site.
Noise Curfews:
There is a strict noise curfew on the venue. All loud music must be turned down at 10pm and off at midnight.All generators must be turned off at midnight, with the exception of those being used for official equipment.
We would like to uphold the good relationship that we have with the local residents, please help us by following the curfews in place and showing consideration to our neighbours.
